This year, I received two lovely requests to create gifts for two very special people. I am so honored that I was asked to commemorate their treasured memories.

Years ago, two of the sweetest people celebrated their proposal at the iconic Sutro Tower. As an anniversary gift, my friend asked me to capture the magic and beauty of that day. We chose a whimsical view of the tower and its landscape, decorated with a reference to the stunning clouds from their favorite Studio Ghibli films.

Another dear friend wanted to memorialize her family’s favorite memories of their precious cat. This cat loved houseplants, and he also loved being a rascal. As a youngster, he was often found perching amongst the foliage and cavorting across pots like a playground. Of course, he had a signature heart-warming expression that made it all too easy to forgive his transgressions. His free spirit and endearing antics will never be forgotten.
